Grezelle Williams has over 15 years of proven leadership experience in telecommunications, fiber, and broadcast industries. She has been helping to improve operations to drive company growth and profit margins. Known to her colleagues as an influential agent for positive change who leads with confidence and approaches even the most difficult and complex challenges with unflagging perseverance and commitment to success. Grezelle Williams’s career is a testament to these traits.
As a Director, COO, President, a Telecom industry leader, Grezelle is a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in all things Site Acquisition, Operational and Financial in today’s Telecom Space. She has demonstrated her strengths while navigating and leading organization through extraordinary upheaval change.
Grezelle Williams currently is a founder and serves as COO of G Squared Poles LLC, her responsibility includes design and implementing business strategies, plan and procedures. Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance etc.). She also has dual role as Director of Operations for Small Cell Solutions. Faced with immediate challenges from the day of her hire, Grezelle teamed with the CEO, and spearheaded financial turnaround of the company, restructuring, downsizing and outsourcing – then went on to confront and resolve multifaceted Safety and Compliance issues while creating a Safety - First Culture.
With Degrees in BA in Business Administration, AA in Sociology and PMI Certificate, Grezelle has actively put the teaching and lessons of the obtained degrees to use in work and every day living.
Grezelle is also the CEO of a non-profit organization “Life Without My Mother”. Working with young people who is navigating through life without the help of their Mother. She has successfully won Awards in 2017, 2019, 2020 and 2022 for most dedicated to seeing a better tomorrow, from the Business Leaders of America Foundation and Reaching for a Brighter Future Foundation.

Martin Phillips is a business and technology executive who specializes in strategic harmonizing processes, people, and technology to take Fortune 500 companies to the next level in growth and profitability. He holds a master’s in project management, a bachelor’s in history and concentration in economic history, and 20+ years career across business strategies, organizational, corporate sustainability, corporate finance, learning strategy, and information technology.
Martin Phillip served in the US NAVY for 7 years. As a Military Veteran, Martin is CEO of G Squared Poles LLC and responsibile for develop business partnerships in California, and Florida.
Mr. Phillips is the Founder and CEO of G Squared Poles, LLC, (G2 Poles, LLC) a business that navigates blue-chip companies across North America into new markets and drives the attainment of stronger governance, sustainability, and cost-efficiency. G2 Poles, LLC partners with jurisdictions to help develop “smart cities” with custom street light poles, hybrid poles that are part of their ecosystem and address multiple business needs. G2 Poles, LLC is partnering with City of Los Angeles for their 5G Poles.
Prior to founding G2 Poles, LLC, Mr. Phillips founded Small Cell Solutions, Inc, in March of 2019. He quickly grew revenue to $5.8M in two short years (2020). He has developed relationships, which allowed him to obtained lasting partnerships includes but not limit to Mastec Network Solutions, Dish Networks, Black and Veatch, and Extenet Systems.
Martin is solely responsible for the SCS’s increasing development and expansion efforts into high-growth, emerging markets in California, Florida, Texas, and Louisiana. These projects entail Nationwide 5G buildouts, EV Charging Stations, and Small Cells Installation. SCS major Program included the installation of Small Cells for Superbowl LV in Tampa on February 07, 2021. SCS installed 66 Small Cells Nodes for AT&T via Mastec Network Solutions.
